We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
1. Online purchases (except gifts) through isweet.com are eligible for exchanges and returns within 30 days of the date you receive all items.
2. Items must be unused, undamaged, with all original tags and in their original packaging. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred and no refunds will be issued. (Items will not be considered in unused condition if the original band has been cut off of part U wig, or if the wig has been washed and colored)
● How to Get a Refund or Exchange:
Step 1:
Please contact our customer service representative within 30 days of receipt.

service@isweet.com Please include your order number and the reason you would like to exchange or return your hair, and attach a picture of the wig and the package you received.
Step 2:
Once the return/exchange request is approved, our customer service will send you the return and exchange address.
Step 3:
Please send the hair back to the address we provided you with the order number. We cannot accept return packages without our return authorization. Please send the hair back to us by emailing us the return tracking number. When we receive the return package, we will begin the refund or exchange process.
● Elimination:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours via our customer service email (
service@isweet.com). After 2 hours, we cannot determine if the cancellation can be successful.
If you would like to change your order before it ships, you may contact us via email; once your order ships, we will not be able to change/cancel it.
